All of our candles and home fragrances are individually handcrafted. Due to the artisanal nature of our process, you may notice slight variations in wax texture, colour, and scent throw from batch to batch.
These minor differences are a hallmark of genuine handmade goods and do not constitute a defect. We take great pride in our quality control to ensure every piece meets our strict boutique standards.
Prices for our home fragrance collections are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any item at any given time.
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we maintain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and payment processed.
We meticulously pack our delicate glass vessels and wax products to ensure safe transit. However, if your candle arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
If you are unsatisfied with your unlit, unused candle, you may request a return within 14 days of receipt. The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
By purchasing our products, you acknowledge responsibility for their safe use. Always trim the wick before each lighting and never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from drafts, children, and pets.
Emberwick Candle Co. shall not be held liable for any damages to property or personal injury resulting from the misuse of our home fragrances.
